This is accomplished by using the company’s analytics capabilities to identify members who are eligible for the program and building trusted neighborhood groups, leveraging its multi-modal outreach techniques to engage these populations where they are in the community. 2023 has been a year of significant growth for Wider Circle. With Brett onboard, the company expects to continue its rapid growth in 2024.      .

“At every stage of my professional career, I looked for roles that could simultaneously challenge and inspire me and ultimately afford me with an opportunity to have a profound impact on healthcare delivery,” said Brett Zelkind. “As Wider Circle’s Chief Strategy Officer I look forward to working in close collaboration with senior leadership to continue to identify new ways to extend the company’s mission and advance its unique peer-supported community care model to meet the needs of at-risk health plan members at the hyper-local level.”
