What We Do
We partner with health plans and physician groups in neighborhoods across the country to provide fun and educational in-person and virtual programs for members who share similar interests and life experiences.

How It Works
1. Try Out a Local Meeting
Check out an introductory meeting to learn more, have a snack and meet fellow members.
2. Join a Neighborhood Group
If you enjoyed your first meeting or two, sign up for our free Connect for Life® program. Each week, you can choose the events and topics that interest you most.
3. Grow Your Circle with Lifelong Membership
Enjoy even more activities, wisdom-sharing, and friendship with chapter membership in your area.
If fellow members need help with things like scheduling doctor’s appointments or access to a little extra food, we’ll connect them to the right people. There is always someone who can help.
