This no-cost program is sponsored by your health plan because, let’s face it, an ounce of prevention is worth its weight in gold when it comes to staying out of the hospital so you can keep doing what you love. Trained facilitators and member ambassadors lead regular meetings and outings that enable members to celebrate, learn from and support each other.

Try us out

Attend a kick-off meeting with other new members and see what you think. (We have a feeling you’ll be glad you did.) All you need to bring is your appetite for tasty treats and learning something new.

Join a circle

If you enjoyed the first meeting, joining Connect for Life is safe and easy. Each week, you can try out activities designed with you in mind - from learning how to get the most out of your health care to trying out the new, best-priced restaurant in town.

Extend your circle with chapter membership

After graduating from our program, you can connect with a larger chapter in your community on a monthly basis (at no cost, of course!).
